Primary care handled completely. From annual prevention and advanced diagnostics to chronic disease management, hormone health, and sexual wellness.
The Annual is a two-visit structure designed to give Dr. O'Day a complete picture of your health and build a plan around it. Advanced labs and imaging are ordered at Visit One based on your history, risk profile, and clinical presentation. Visit Two is dedicated entirely to your results.
Full medical history, current medications, family history, wearables and tracking data. Labs and imaging are ordered at this visit based on what is clinically indicated. Sleep, goals, and health outlook are part of the conversation.
Dr. O'Day walks through every marker, explains what it means, and builds a health plan around the findings. That plan includes targets, a timeline, and a schedule for follow-up labs throughout the year. Documented and accessible through the patient portal.
Annual exams, age-appropriate cancer screenings, immunizations, and advanced diagnostics. At O'Day Medical Group, preventive care is the foundation of everything.
Cardiovascular disease and metabolic dysfunction are the most preventable causes of serious illness in adults. Dr. O'Day manages lipid disorders, hypertension, insulin resistance, prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, and weight with GLP-1 therapy where indicated, with a focus on long-term risk reduction rather than short-term targets.
Dr. O'Day evaluates and manages hormonal health across every stage of life. This includes testosterone replacement therapy, hypogonadism, libido and sexual function, perimenopause and menopause, thyroid disease, bone health, and gender-affirming hormone care. Testing is advanced and treatment is individualized.
Full-scope sexual health care including PrEP, HIV management, STI screening and treatment, and contraception. Dr. O'Day provides knowledgeable, identity-affirming care for all patients.
Ongoing management of established conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, and autoimmune conditions.
Knee and shoulder joint injections, trigger finger injections, and arthritis management performed in office. No referral required for appropriate candidates.
Depression, anxiety, and related conditions are managed as part of whole-person primary care. Dr. O'Day prescribes and manages psychiatric medications directly and coordinates with therapists and psychiatrists as needed.
Wearable and biometric data from Whoop, Oura Ring, CGMs, smartwatches, and similar devices is reviewed and incorporated into your care.
